These “one-stop shop” installations typically include dry-wall partitioning and ceiling reconfigurations and installations, electrical, air conditioning, floor finishes, computer flooring, data cabling and painting. The following gives an idea of typical steps that are involved:

  • Agreement on the level of refurbishment/re-design with the Client or Client’s professional team.
  • Appointment of a design coordinator/architect/engineer if required.
  • The production of a quote encompassing all trades involved.
  • The management and overall control of specialist subcontractors ranging from “wet trades” to data cabling.
