I take pride in mentoring teams on site, problem-solving under pressure, and ensuring our clients’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
As an Operations Director at Scheltema, I now get to combine this passion with leadership. My role is all about keeping projects seamless, motivating teams, and giving our clients confidence that the end results will be something exceptional. It’s high-pressure work, but I thrive on the challenge.
