Scope of Work:
– New roof sheeting
– New side cladding.
– New non-rigid bulk insulation to roof.
– New rigid board insulation vertically.

Insulation used provides a world class solution to heat build-up and has reduced the need for air-conditioning.

Height of side cladding over 20m. This required multiple access booms for cladding & insulation installation.

We had to contend with high wind conditions & rain whilst keeping to our clients program dates.

Insulation fixing method slowed down production. Additional resources were required to meet program dates.
