- To build new, corrugated sheeting clad, timber framed Staff accommodation, carports and reception building including, solar-powered water heating, self-composting toilets, landscaping and rainwater harvesting.

Challenges:
To work in an environmentally sensitive “sandveld” environment to construct new works with as little disturbance of the area as possible. The site is also a low rainfall area, so all construction water needed to be carted in. The finished accommodation harvests rain water.
